Store reuse elements in separate files to allow easier (git) versioning
Currenntly, all reuse elements of one library are saved inside one (library) file, which is just an AF3 project file (for this library). Therefore, merging two libraries (there files) is still as difficult as merging two standard AF3 projects (their files).
It would be much easier to merge them, when every reuse element would be a separate file inside the library folder, because when git needs to update the library just because one element, the status of the other elements does not matter.
This feature must probably be realized completely with pure eclipse methods, because AF3(kernel) does not provide anything like this (storing of single EObjects in separate files).
