Ignore irrelevant warnings architecture/OS plug-in reference warnings

Simon Barner requested to merge 3394-ignore_architecture_plugin_ref_warnings into master
  • Configure RemoveWarningsBuilder to remove warnings stemming from entries in feature.xml that reference plug-in variants for other architecture/OS combinations than the build system (e.g., Linux plug-ins on a Windows development system)
  • Requires support update of DevTools NG plugins (see 0521391878e813ad2ddf0d2a61ee5abee3411f8b in 'kepler' branch)
