[chg] First working version of an automatic config transfer from the JSON-based deployment config to the AppListEntry_t C structure

[chg] Re-structured the recipes for freertos-plus a bit and added a PoC for a header preprocessing step

To allow the app-config recipe to use the freertos-plus repository, we had to split the CMake specific part away from the common freertos-plus include file

This is needed to allow full builds of toki within an IDE.

 This patch is hard-coding libstdc++ support through the gcc-runtime target on aarch64 architecture together with the poky layer. With these patches libstdc++ will also be included in the sysroot built by the meta-ide-support target.
