Jan Mayer requested to merge proj-eTwinBy-DB into main

In the frame of the eTwin.BY research project, the Memap Framework was extended to fetch building and device data from a postgres Database (via REST Interface). Basic scenarios were tested and yielded same results for DB-Simulation and Planning Tool.
