* Routes have to be regenerated by the DSE, since they have to be
  up-to-date for e.g. bandwidth optimization.
* Since routes are owned by the platform architecture, but referenced
  by signal-to-route allocations, the regeneration of routes would
  loose manual signal-to-route allocations.
* Therefore, the generation of routes has been removed, and manual
  editing of signal-to-route allocations has been disabled
