* The listing of all genmodel files is now optional: If it is not given
  the given mandatory platform path is searched recursively for all
  contained genmodels.
* The relative resource path is then calculated by identifying the
  the ".classpath" file such that the containing plugin directory is
  known for each genmodel. This information is then used to assemble
  the eclipse platform URI.

- In local tests, this fixes the generation from GenModels where the
Java Level has been raised from 6.0 to 8.0

* Git follows a different paradigm than svn such that
  trunk folders are no longer desired.
* Move all contents of the emfgenerator plugin up one
  level and remove the trunk folder to account for the
  new VCS.

* This repository shall host tools & plugin jars that are
  required for jenkins builds.
* The layout was motivated by the fact that the contents
  are relevant for more that one jenkins setup (kernel,
  af3, ...).
