Only modify one sub-Genotype at a time. 

* Instead of trying to modify all Genotypes of a composite genotype in
  one iteration, modify only one of them.
* In addition remember the modified Genotype in the ProvidingPhenotype
  such that only DEPENDENT genotypes and phenotypes are processed by
  decoders again.
