3406: mylyn <--> redmine integration

Provides the integration of the redmine issue tracker using mylyn and the web connector.

  • Adds additional egit and mylyn plugins.
  • Specifies the AF3 issue repo and the queries.
  • Asks the user for the Redmine API key during the installation.
  • The web connector uses the REST API to interact with redmine.
