Change context menu interface to work on menu types 

* Add base class TreeContextMenuItem
* Change addContextMenuEntry() to work on TreeContextMenuItem subtypes
* Provide generic (and therefore "final") implementation of
  ModelElementUIProvider.createContextMenu()
