Add "Text createDecoratedText()" (CAVEAT: new semantics)

* Creates a Text widget (with undo) and adds ControlDecoration
* "Label createDecoratedFormText()" retains the previous semantics of
  these methods, i.e. it wraps the created Text into a form entry
