* Load the controller of an FXML layout programatically such that the
  controller is only loader when a ViewPart is constructed. If this is
  not done, the controller is initialized a second time by evaluating
  the controller specified in the FXML file.

* Adds a static method that copies a collection of EObjects and returns
  a map of all copied elements plus a convenience method that just
  returns the copies of the input elements.
* The new copy method updates references across the given models such
  that they point to the respective copies, which is not handled by
  the standard copy operation. The latter only handles references
  between elements contained in the copied EObject.
* Moreover, bi-references are correctly resolved between the elements
  contained in the given EObjects.

* Only react on EMF events when INamedElement::name is set
  (this is supposed to resolve the "SWT Widget is disposed" exception)
* Ensure that update is perform from the UI context. The underlying
  model change could be programmatic and triggered from a different
  thread (resolves "SWTException: Invalid thread access")
