- TreeViewerEditorBase: Wrap the refresh call into a asyncExec method to avoid invalid tread access when a model is modified which is open in a TreeViewer editor. 

- Introduce a separate base class for composing IModelElements. It manages (among other things) the instantiation of annotations.
- Let HierarchicElementCompositorBase inherit from the newly created base class for IModelElements.
