Editor Bindings: Move priority sorting to the service · fd6e3fee

* Priorities define the sorting of ExtendableMultipageEditors and the
  order in which the MVC factories are queried by the delegate ones.
* Instead of doing this lazily when opening some editor, sort the
  bindings already when starting the binding service to obtain a clearly
  defined behavior.

  are extensible.
* Move the definition of the factories of one editor from the editor to
  its bindings.
* Create the concrete factories by reflection when a FX editor is
  constructed.

* Improve NumberFormat validation
  * Do not accept if input contains a valid prefix
  * Provide more precise error message
  * Do not accept (1000er) grouping separator (in order to avoid
    confusion with decimal separator
* PropertySectionBase
  * Use updated validators
  * For BigDecimals, avoid introducing grouping separators during
    value -> String conversion
